Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and may take up to 4 business days before shipping.

We offer free shipping on orders over 69$ across Canada via Canada Post. We currently do not offer shipping outside of Canada. Please visit our Find a Retailer page to find a store near you. *Not applicable on final sale items.

Sie können Ihre Bestellung verfolgen, indem Sie auf Ihre Kontoseite zugreifen. Sie erhalten auch eine E-Mail, wenn sich der Status ändert.

Wenn Sie Ihre Bestellung nach dem Absenden ändern oder stornieren möchten, senden Sie eine E-Mail an info@quartz-co.com. Abhängig vom Status Ihrer Bestellung werden wir unser Bestes tun, um Ihnen bei Ihrer Anfrage zu helfen.

Our return policy only applies to purchases made through www.quartz-co.com. For any purchase made at one of our retailers, please refer to their return policy. 

Refund Policy: We will refund you in full for items purchased if they are unused and returned in their original packaging with tags still attached, within 14 days of the invoice date. 


Exchange Policy: We accept exchanges within 14 days of the invoice date, if the items are unused and returned in their original packaging with tags still attached.


Holiday Policy : We accept returns and exchanges for purchases made in December 2020 until January 7, 2021.

To return an item, send an email to info@quartz-co.com with your name, invoice number, style name, size and color, and reason of return. Return requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date to be accepted. We will then provide you with a return authorization number and a pre-paid return label. Upon receiving your return, it will be inspected to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. We will then issue a full refund and send you a confirmation by email. Should there be any issues with the returned item, we will contact you. *Not applicable on final sale items.
